Your website and shop in detail

Sell Sailing Course Online's RYA theory courses on your own website as a partner school. Keely enrols each student on the learning platform and records it on their order. If an enrolment does not go through, the office sees it on the order. Works with Sailing Course Online's courses. Use another provider? Ask us.
- Chart packs posted, with stock kept
Sell charts, plotters and course packs in the same basket as the course. The packing screen checks each item as it goes in, so the wrong pack does not go out, and stock goes down when it is posted.
- Postage labels
Printed on your own Royal Mail, DPD or DHL account, once you connect it.
- Partner schools that sell your courses
If you write your own theory courses and other schools sell them under their own names, Keely works out their commission on every order, takes it back on refunds, and gives you a statement each month. At the end of each month, each partner is paid what it is owed from your Stripe account.
- From theory to the boat
Send your theory students a newsletter when your practical dates go up, with unsubscribes and consent handled for you.
Prices
£150
a month, plus 1.5% of bookings paid online
- For each school. The monthly fee covers your website, your theory and practical courses and your shop together
- Nothing on cash or bank-transfer payments
- Billed monthly. Prices exclude VAT
- Set-up fee quoted after the walk-through, depending on how much we move.

On top of that is the £150 monthly fee, which covers the whole school however many courses you sell. The money goes straight into your own Stripe account. Keely never holds it.

What theory sellers ask us
- Is Keely the learning platform?
No. Students learn on the course provider's own platform. Keely sells the course on your website, enrols the student and keeps the order, the customer and any packs in one place.
- Can students buy theory and practical together?
Yes, in one basket with one payment. Sell them as a bundle if you like. The theory is paid in full and the practical can take a deposit.
- Which theory courses can we sell?
Sailing Course Online's RYA theory courses, under your own name as a partner school. If you use another provider, tell us which and we will tell you straight whether Keely can enrol students with them.
- Do our partner schools get their own view?
Yes. Each partner sees its own orders, learners, courses and earnings. You add a new partner in six steps and can stop halfway and come back.
