A form and a parent's signature for every child, before they get wet

Dinghy courses, paddleboard tasters and a week of kids' sailing sell side by side on your own website, in one diary. Every person on the water gets their own form, a parent signs for every child, and Keely chases the ones still missing so nobody rings round.

  • £150 a month + 1.5% of bookings paid online
  • Nothing on cash or bank-transfer payments

Your week

One Wednesday in August, from the office's side

The diary, the forms and the emails are Keely's job. The wind is still yours.

Kids' week · day three

07:45

The day on one board

Every session, who is booked and which instructor has it. If the wind is wrong, you note it on the board and the reason stays on record.

Register

09:15

Every child checked in

Each child needs a form and a parent's signature; the register shows who is still waiting. Medical notes are shown only to the office and that session's instructor.

On a phone, on the beach

11:40

Four places, one payment

A family books the 15:30 paddleboard on your website from the beach. Two adults, two children, four forms.

Gusting 28 knots

14:05

The wind gets up

You cancel the 15:30 and everyone booked gets an email. Each family picks another session from their phone, or takes the refund or credit you offer, and Keely records it against the booking.

A student laughs at the helm of a RIB, her instructor smiling behind her.

A parent signs for every child before the day, so nobody holds a clipboard at the hut.

What Keely does for a centre

Done before the first session of the day

All of this is in Keely from your first day.

Bookings and courses in detail

On their own phonePhone: the declaration ticked and a hand-drawn signature on the signature pad.
Each person signs with a finger on their own phone. Keely keeps the signed version with the booking.
Courses and sessions in one diary

Five-day courses, two-hour tasters and kids' weeks side by side, with places left shown on your website.

A form for every person on the water

One booking for a family still means a form each. A parent or guardian signs for each child, and Keely chases anyone who hasn't.

Instructor tickets and boat checks

Qualifications with expiry dates and reminders. Each dinghy and rescue boat has its own list of checks with due dates.

Packages and gift vouchers

Vouchers people can buy in December and spend in June, and packages of sessions sold as one.

Your own website

Your pages, your dates and your checkout, in your colours. You change them yourself and see them before they go live.

Moving a booking to a new date, by the office or the customer

The office moves a booking in one step, or the customer picks a new date themselves. Keely emails everyone and keeps the record.

    Questions

Questions a centre manager will ask

Does Keely work for a lake or inland centre?

Yes. Courses, tasters and kids' weeks sit in one diary, whatever water you teach on. In the walk-through we set up a week of yours, with a course, a taster and a kids' week, so you can judge it on your own sessions.

Can parents book several children at once?

Yes. One booking and one payment, with a form for each child for a parent to sign.

Can we take card payments on the beach?

Yes. Take the card on Keely's card reader, which counts as paid online, send a pay link to their phone, or use your own card machine and record it against the booking. Your own card machine, cash and bank transfer carry no Keely fee.

What happens to the bookings we already have?

We move your sessions, future bookings and customers across, and send your old page addresses to the new ones. Your team practises before anything goes to customers. The quiet months are the time to do it. How switching works
