Service terms for schools

£150 a month for each school, and 1.5% of bookings paid online through Keely, billed monthly. Prices exclude VAT. Stripe's card fees are on top.

There is no exit fee. Your notice period is agreed with you before you sign, so it suits your season. Your data and your domain stay yours: we hand you a full export. If Keely isn't right for you in the first 60 days, leave and pay nothing more. We'll hand you your data.

You can export your bookings, customers and forms at any time from the office screens, including after you give notice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Otherwise, neither of us is liable to the other for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability to your school in any 12 months is limited to the fees your school paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it.
